Tickets for the auction include a buffet dinner, and can be ordered through the Tuesday folder. Chilcare is available at the Gymnast factory. If you have not purchased your tickets yet, you can download the reservation form and turn it in to the front office. You may also download the parent donation form if you wish to donate an item or be a sponsor.

Auction Underwriters: In the past, several local businesses and parents have donated significant items or money to underwrite the costs of producing the auction. Black Walnut Cafe donated the food for the auction, St. Arnold's Brewery donated beer and root beer, and Village Plumbing (5403 Kirby) provided underwriting money. This list will be updated and is not yet complete.

Every year, each grade is responsible for creating a basket for the auction. Each grade is given a theme, and families contribute items related to that theme. The items are then all arranged into the grade level basket, and the basket is auctioned off. The grade level baskets are fun way to participate in the auction, and since the items are kept in the classroom leading up to the auction, the students can see what they are contributing to the auction, and they get excited about their participation. The baskets are always well done, and chock-full of fun and interesting items. The auction basket items are listed below--- please take a minute to look through the list and see if you have any donations that you could add to a basket, whether it is for your child’s class or for than other class. Click on the basket theme to see a list of suggestions for items donations. No items are too small. Start thinking about which baskets you want to bid on the night of the auction!
