Roberts Elementary RegistrationREGISTRATION FOR NEW ZONED STUDENTS BEGINS IN APRIL AND CONTINUES INTO JUNE. The following documents will be required for all new students registering in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade at Roberts. All original documents will be photocopied and returned: 1. A current Houston Lighting & Power bill in the name of the parent with whom the student resides 2. Birth Certificate/Passport - official state birth certificate required for students born in the United States, Passport required for students born in other countries 3. Current Driver's license of the parent showing residence in the Roberts zone 4. In cases of divorced parents, the legal court decree showing custody of the child is required - the only pages to be copied are those showing the custody arrangements and the page which has the seal, date and judge's signature 3. Immunization records including all of the following:
4. Social Security card (optional - requested if student has SS#) 5. Students enrolling in First through Fifth grades need last report card or checkout sheet from previous school and address of previous school so that complete records can be requested.
